Customs

I will talk you about a custom from a pretty little village from Mexico, its name is Tlaxcala. The name of this kind of party is “Día de muertos”, where they make different rituals to contact their died-relatives, trying to give help to them, because maybe those who died, actually couldn’t arrive to their destination. They also, on these days use to make bread (“pan de muerto”) and “tamales” to feed their “guests”

Here take place a big party time, because everyone in this village know each other, so you as a part of the population can enter to every house to sing a song, which isn’t much popular. The song lyrics are: “La calavera tiene hambre ¿hay un pancito por ahí?”, and then people who are listening to you, use to give you money. By this way, if you are popular, surely you will earn much money.
When you are capable to be there to watch this kind of festival, everything change, because you can see the variety of customs that your country has. Whilst your partners are making bread, you can be eating it. Finally I want to invite you to come to Mexico, because you need learn about our culture, I’m sure you’ll get amazed, because we are very interesting.
